Leckner Consulting, LLC (LCLLC) is a woman-owned business that provides emergency planning services to include consulting for emergency management, hydrologic and atmospheric hazard assessment and planning, coastal hazard planning, evacuation planning, transportation planning, public outreach, training and education, exercise development and execution, and addressing special needs population planning issues. The director, Mariana Leckner, has 20 years planning experience and over a decade in emergency management training, exercises, plan writing, evacuations and special needs.

 

LCLLC has been in operation since September 2006, and has completed work to include outreach, training, exercise design and evaluation, exercise moderation, and special needs planning. LCLLC is currently producing materials for public outreach and professional training to address emergency management needs for people with Special Needs as well as guidance on integrating special needs planning into emergency planning.

 

Clients since 2006 include the New Jersey Office of Emergency Management, the New Jersey Emergency Preparedness Association, The Forums Institute, the Salem County Office for the Disabled, Witt Associates (Global Options Group), Advanced Sciences and Technologies, and the Monmouth County Office of Emergency Management.
